Biboni is a Bangladesh-based t-shirt brand offering men’s, women’s, and kids’ t-shirts, along with custom design services. Our goal is to deliver stylish, high-quality clothing directly to your doorstep.

2. Orders

Orders can be placed online through www.biboni.net.
You will receive a confirmation via SMS, email, or phone once your order is processed.
Biboni reserves the right to cancel or reject any order in case of unavailability or pricing errors.

3. Payment

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh.
No advance payment is required.
For custom or bulk orders, Biboni may request a small advance payment for processing.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We provide home delivery throughout Bangladesh.
Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
Delays may occur during holidays or due to unexpected courier issues.

5. Returns & Exchanges

You may return or request a replacement if your product arrives damaged or defective. Notify us within 6 hours of receiving your order via WhatsApp and share a photo of the issue.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
You must return the item with its original packaging and tags.
For exchanges, you are responsible for return shipping and repacking charges.

6. Custom Orders

Custom t-shirt designs are made based on the design and information you submit. Please double-check your uploaded design and spelling before placing the order.

Custom orders are not eligible for return unless damaged during delivery.
By submitting a custom design, you confirm that you have the legal right to use the content.

7. Product Changes After Order

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and images on Biboni.net are the property of Biboni. Unauthorized reproduction or use of any material is strictly prohibited.
