At Biboni, we love bringing your creative ideas to life through custom-designed t-shirts. Below are frequently asked questions and conditions related to our customization service.

Can I design my own t-shirt?

Yes! You can upload your design, logo, or artwork through our customization tool or send it via WhatsApp. We’ll handle the printing.

What types of files are accepted for custom designs?

We accept PNG, JPG, and PDF files. For the best print quality, please use high-resolution images (at least 300 DPI).

Can I add text to my t-shirt?

Yes! You can add names, slogans, dates, or any text. Please double-check spelling before submitting your order.

How long does it take to receive a custom t-shirt?

Custom t-shirts are usually delivered within 5 to 7 business days.

Is advance payment required?

Yes, for custom designs, we may request a small advance payment to begin production.

Can I cancel or change my design after placing the order?

You can request changes within 6 hours of placing your order. After that, production begins and changes may not be possible.

• By submitting a design, you confirm that you own the rights to the content or have permission to use it.
• Custom orders are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect due to our error.
• Please ensure that all designs, colors, and text are final before submitting.
• Biboni is not responsible for low-resolution images or incorrect spellings submitted by the customer.
• We reserve the right to reject any design that contains offensive, copyrighted, or inappropriate content.
